Beverly has been considered a very beautiful yet strange girl, primarily for her giant, green hair. But every time she tried to make her hair like the other girls, it grew back and turned green again. Eventually, she learned that she got her hair problems came from her mother who was a Halfblood who had passed her powers down to her daughter. Beverly's mother helped to teach her train and control her powers better with the aid of Prof. Thomas Oliver. Eventually, she learned to use her powers for good and traveled all over to help others and find other Halfbloods in the world as EmeraldLocks.
