Novawind, his true name unknown, is a human fighting for the Legion of Vigilance. Novawind was a young boy when he fell into a radiation enhancer, created for stopping the United Nation's enemies in their tracks. Novawind fell into the bat, and unknowingly being a Mutant, it did not kill him, but gave him powers over flames and light. Novawind then swore to protect any Mutant he found, and re-wrote his life, as, Novawind.
