Jillian Kard was a gunsmith in the years 2075 to 2119.
Short Bio[]
Jillian Kard was a native Texan, and decorated by the U.S. Military for her skills as a Marine sniper. She began to draft and create prototypes of weapons, and was soon on her way to becoming the master craftsman she would be known for long after her death.
Her focus was mainly on rifles, and high power coil guns.
