Arthur "Tiber Wolf" Tiber is a supervillian, and enemy of Master Aster. A mechanical genius with a love of wolves, when bad times happened he like many others turned to a life of crime. He used his knowledge of hydraulics, robotics, and chemistry to make his Wolf Armor Suit, a suit that can emit a chemical that once it enters, it makes it mad and insane. He is also leader of the Death Klaw gang.
